How to make your reservation:
1. Choose how many rooms you will need and fill out the form with the requested information.
2. If the hotel/pousada has availability for the requested period, you will receive an e-mail with the pre-reservation and an authorization form to confirm the reservation
3. The authorization form should be filled with your credit card information and sent by FAX* with your credit card and passport copies to the number: +55 88 3669-2309, before the deadline specified on the e-mail you are going to receive from us.
4. If the hotel/pousada does not have availability for the requested period, we will send you an e-mail with the closest available dates or an alternative available apartment.
* For the security of our customers, we don’t accept credit card info via the Internet. This info should ALWAYS be sent by FAX.
** If the deposit is not received by the specified deadline, the pre-reservation will be canceled automatically.
*** Prices and availability can change without prior notice. Reservations and rates are only guaranteed after payment.
